Hi fellow modders! I decided to do up this webpage for those people who want to get acrylic ( thicker than 3MM) for their glowpads, sidewindows. I will describe how to get there with reference to famous landmark of Sim Lim Square.

Firstly, I am sure that many of you guys have heard of Rowell court sells them but do u actually know how to get there? Below i will describe the way there and of coz some information on the cost of plastics.

What to expect?
  

So you are there and ready to request for your plastic. what should you look out for?

  1. Don't expect service with a smile.
  2. Try not to ask for too small a piece of plastic.
  3. Its best to go in the afternoon, when they are actually beating mosquitos.
  4. The shop will cut plastics to size and charge according to the amout of plastic used per square foot. (S$10 for 1sqfeet of 10mm)

 
 
     
     
     
 

There are 2 ways to get there, from Jalan Besar and from Serangoon Road

It is situated inbetween the 2 roads, just like Sim Lim Square. You will be on Serangoon if u are travelling away from SLS and on Jalan Besar if you are travelling towards SLS.

From SLS to Rowell court via JLN BESAR: As you can see from the map on the right it clearly shows that rowell court is actually very near SLS. A 5 mins walk.

From SLS to Rowell Court via Serangoon RD: For those lazy bums, there is another way of getting to rowell court by bus. Board the bus (no. 23) along rochor cannel and alight along Serangoon Rd's bus stop as shown in the 2nd map on the right. You should alight at the stop when u see this building (Min Seng Building). Upon crossing the road, u should walk towards the rowell court flats and to BLK 633. in case u are lost in the shop house jungle of our little India, here is a picture of the colour of the rowell court buildings, go towards it and you won't go wrong!
